With years of extensive finance and credit experience, it's no wonder Melissa's customers experience an average deletion rate of over 70%. Melissa has spent over 20 years in the banking, finance and mortgage arena. Melissa attended college at Stephen F. Austin and Texas Tech University. Early on in her career she served as an executive assistant where she learned the fundamentals and core values of business. Melissa spent time as a loan originator, processor and closer with Wells Fargo Mortgage where she gained a wealth of knowledge regarding credit, mortgage approvals, credit conditions and other credit and mortgage details. She spent time working for a leading home seller as the office manager and quickly worked her way up to operations manager where she furthered her knowledge of fha loan closing, documents and dealing with mortgage companies, customers, title companies and funding sources.
She is the proud mother of twin daughters Alexis and Alleah and son Brody. Melissa is the daughter of a retired school teacher and grew up in Troup, Texas located about 2 hours east of Dallas in the piney woods of east Texas. Her strong Christian beliefs and credit, mortgage and banking knowledge have made her a key player in the industry.
As the Director of Finance, Melissa is responsible for all financial decisions for the company, including profit and loss statements and financials. She also oversees processing, billing and all administrative duties as well as working closely with employee relations.
Cole Alt, an expert in Credit Restoration, is the National Affiliate Manager at 700 Credit Repair.
Prior to working for 700 Credit Repair Cole was at school at Texas Tech acquiring a degree in Marketing.
Cole grew up in the piney woods of East Texas in a town called Tyler. There he attended Bishop Gorman Private school where he was instilled with a strong work ethic, courage, and leadership. During school in his younger days Cole would hustle to make money anyway he could legally and ethically. He started out knocking doors to see if neighbors wanted their lawn mowed. Then gradually moved on to retail, food service industry, and marketing services during high school. In the last year Cole has started working with a group called Break Free Academy that is a network of all of the best business owners and entrepreneurs. During the past year he graduated from BFA Live where he learned how to figure out the best way to give others his message that he can help them with their dreams of Home Ownership. Cole is the son of Billy Alt, President of 700 Credit Repair. He is very passionate about helping others through his family business. Cole understands everything it takes to have a perfect credit score and knows he can help anyone that wants to improve their credit score.

Gabby started her Credit Repair career as a paralegal with one of the strongest companies in the industry. There she helped clients with the upfront review process of going through their reports and learning more about their situation. She was quickly promoted to the backend of the process and reviewed results and their current scores and credit after each round with clients. She recently moved to Texas where she has found a home with 700 Credit Repair!

Gabby is in our processing department where she reviews the first round of letters and helps create the next set of unlimited disputes by reading the FICO score codes, looking for new negative items and seeing the utilization of the client.
