Tip #16 - Saving Your Investigation Results

Are You Saving Your Investigation Results?

After sending your letters and making sure you have a paper trail, bureaus will respond by sending you results through mail.

While you may get certain items taken off your credit report, deleted negative items sometimes show up again on credit reports.

The FCRA requires that Credit Bureaus to notify consumers within 5 days of reentering a previously deleted item and certify the reinserted data.
Therefore, you will need your investigation results with the delete items to prove your case so SAVE THOSE RESULTS!!
